- Hurtado Poultry Rub
- Pickles

Pimento Cheese Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Mayonnaise
- 12 oz. Cream Cheese
- 4 oz. of pimento peppers
- 3 Cups of Cheddar Cheese
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 bunch of minced green onions
- ½ of minced red onion
Recipe Steps
First, preheat your Hurtado Smokebox to a temperature between 225°F and 250°F.
Next, generously season your boneless turkey breast with Hurtado Poultry Rub.
Once your Hurtado Smokebox has reached the desired temperature, carefully place the seasoned turkey breast inside.
Every 30 to 45 minutes, spray the seasoned turkey breast with Apple Cider Vinegar to keep it moist and flavorful.
Continue smoking the turkey breast until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, which should take approximately 4 ½ to 5 hours.
Meanwhile, as the turkey breast cooks, prepare the Pimento Cheese. In a bowl, combine all the Pimento Cheese ingredients and mix thoroughly.
After the turkey breast is fully smoked, place your burger buns on the Hurtado Smokebox to toast them to perfection.
Then, slice your turkey breast into ¼ inch slices.
Finally, assemble your sandwich by placing the sliced turkey on the bottom bun, adding the Pimento Cheese and Pickle, and topping it with the top bun.
