Yes, you can buy your Hooray grill now and pay it off later. We offer flexible financing options, including 0% interest when you choose a 6-month term.

Shipping costs vary according to your delivery location. We offer Standard Delivery and Guaranteed Delivery. When you choose Guaranteed Delivery, your grill will arrive by 5 p.m. on the standard delivery date, or else shipping is free.

Rotisserie kits come standard on every Ranch Series grill. For Lodge Series grills, you can add a kit separately to your order. Just visit our Accessories page. Our heavy-duty rotisserie kits are made of stainless steel and hold up to 80 pounds of meat.

Yes, we offer built-in versions of our Lodge Series and Ranch Series grills for outdoor kitchens.

To cancel your order, please contact as soon as possible. If you miss our cancellation window, you can return your grill within 10 days.

Maybe our grill is too awesome to handle. Maybe it’s just not your style. You can return it for any reason and receive a refund, though we do have certain conditions.

• Grills must be returned as they were delivered — unused with the original packaging.
• Customers must pay return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
• If grills were purchased from a dealer, the dealer’s return policy applies.

Even though Hooray grills are built to last a lifetime, we provide a limited warranty that guarantees three years of coverage for most non-electric parts and a year of coverage for electric components. Contact us for details.
